Gert Jan Koopman, Director-General of DG NEAR at the European Commission;
Chentsov Vsevolod, Head of Mission of Ukraine to the EU;
Radosław Sikorski, former Foreign Affairs Minister of Poland, MEP;
Daniela Morari, Head of Mission of the Republic of Moldova to the EU and
Danijel Apostolovic, acting Head of Mission of the Republic of Serbia to the EU.
The debate will be moderated by Dorota Bawołek, correspondent of Polish media in Brussels.
